Solve the tightest carry first
A useful last-minute move estimate covers the actual pickup and delivery timing, what is packed and what still needs work stated plainly, parking, stairs, and keys settled quickly, and essential rooms and pieces identified for limited time. In the West Valley, it should also account for tight carries, parking, and the dimensions of large pieces.
Protect large pieces and property edges
Before Fox reviews the route, give an accurate ready-now inventory, finish the highest-priority packing first, and secure keys and building access. Measurements and access notes determine how the difficult pieces are handled.
Place before the crew leaves
The job usually falls into one of these patterns: lease change, schedule disruption, or small urgent move. Fox confirms the final room and orientation for large pieces before the crew completes the carry.
